tenancy deposit
Be aware that this agency may do everything possible to withhold your tenancy deposit when you vacate, for as long as possible. They may then make petty deductions from your deposit and even deduct VAT from your deposit even though the rental deposit you place with them is VAT exempt! This is my genuine experience of renting a commercial office from Nicholas Percival.
