Can you trust these people
For two days now we have been waiting for a carer to arrive, having a patient that cannot walk we opted for a carer 3 times a day, last night 3/5/08 and today 4/05/08 they have failed to turn up at 17;00 hours last night and this morning. At 10:45 we find the patient is still stuck in bed, with no food, help, toiletry assistance and even worse No contact from Grapevine, incredible that they can leave vunerable patients like this and fail to meet their contracted reqirements.
