Great place to shop

Needed to buy a new keyboard for my daughter so decided to see what my local shops had to offer. Ended up at Allegro Music who had a superb selection to choose from. The sales person was very helpful and knew all about the different models on display. I managed to get a great deal (better than on-line) and even had a free keyboard lesson as well. A very happy customer.......

stuffy

Went in to allegro music looking for a piano or good electric piano. At first glance it did not look as though they had what we wanted so we asked for help. Found the staff to be a bit off hand and felt the person talking to us was trying to make us feel inferior. A music shop should cater to all standards of musical ability and should not try to be off putting to beginners or improvers. Did get what we were looking for, some where else. Would not go back in to this shop for the above reasons. The staff could have been having an off day but they could do with learning some people skills. Could not comment on whether they are usually like this.
