Brief business description

Roy Terry Fireplaces is a family run business which was established in 1963. We have one of the largest showrooms in Essex with more than 70 fireplaces and around 20 working gas fires on site. We offer a personal, one to one service to our customers, allowing us to meet their individual requirements.

Although this company appeared to be very efficient organised, this was found not to be the case. We have been lied to on many an occasion. Some 6 months after installation i am still chasing for my certificate and instruction manual. I would not recommend this company.
