Imagine you had the ability to hire a designer who could design the perfect space for you whilst looking at the pros and cons of potential buildings and your work practices. Now imagine that you had years of experience in buying furniture and had the buying power to get the best deals - imagine you are always hiring reliable contractors and managing successful building projects. Now imagine you had the necessary business contacts to make all this happen like clockwork. Well we do. Appoint iSpace to work with you and we will become your in-house partner for the duration of your project. We will work with you for a fixed fee or percentage of total spend and take no additional financing of any sort.

iSpace offer a unique independent service for companies who require the very best from their office environment. We will act for you as designers, project managers and procurement during your relocation or refurbishment. Unlike a 'Design and Build' company, iSpace offer a fixed fee or percentage fee up front and all work/materials are bought directly by you with our guidance. This way you benefit from our extensive experience and buying power but pay no third party 'margin'. Unlike the more traditional 'Architect and Designer' route, we offer a single point of responsibility and vast un-biased in house experience. We also work on fixed fees rather than charging for time - something that is in your best interests if your project is to finish on time and on budget.
