About Us

I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor & psychotherapist. I am experienced in a range of emotional difficulties including; relationship difficulties, anxiety fear & panic, feelings of not coping, depression, low mood, low self esteem, bereavement, loss.

Specialist Services:

I am a psychodynamic therapist which means I will explore and understand previous early experiences and how these influence current difficulties. It is through this insight and understanding that change is possible.

Services Offered:

I work from the Turner Centre in Colchester. I see individuals, couples and groups. I have set fee of £35 per session but do have places available at a lower cost for those on reduced incomes.

Awards/Ratings/Associations:

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and bound by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice and subject to their Professional Conduct Procedure. I receive regular clinical supervision as required by the BACP.
