I contacted Firepoint as we needed a fire risk assessment carried out on an converted block of 5 apartments. It was a new law which came into enforcement in Oct 2006 which our managing agent wasn't aware of. We were made aware of it by our solicitor as we were selling our property. We were under pressure to get assessed asap as exchange of contracts was imminent. Firepoint were excellent as they arranged an assessment the next day and the necessary work was completed with the following 2 days. All of their representatives were friendly and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
