About Us

Brief description

Colchesters newest full time martial arts school offering classes to Infants aged 3 to 6 years, Juniors aged 6 to 12 years and Seniors aged 13 and up. Classes are taught most nights of the week and at weekends. Instructors are fully insured and enhanced CRB approved. All new full members receive a Free Karate Suit on payment of their membership. We also offer Cage Fitness classes throughout the week during the daytime and in the evenings. We have Tai Chi classes starting on Wednesdays, the 1st being on the 16th November. We can offer one to one personal tuition in Martial Arts, Self Defence and Personal Fitness. Birthday parties and corporate events can be held at our location. We also run Cage Fitness classes throughout the week, daytimes and evenings which consists of a 30 minute wholebody workout.
