My background in Youth Work, Learning Disabilities and as a qualified Health Professional (Occupational Therapist), has allowed me the privilege of Over 20 years experience working with people ranging from:- children, teenagers, adults, the elderly, people with learning difficulties, mental health problems, neurological conditions, terminal illness, acute and long standing health conditions as well as clients experiencing acute and ongoing pain. As well as my own past personal experiences of depression and severe debilting health conditions, hypnotherapy & nlp has enabled me to break through and end the constant struggle I had with life. NLP and hypnotherapy

I met Jane at the NLP Master Practitioner course and was privileged to have her work on me for pain relief. I am in constant pain due to a degenerative condition of the spine and the session we worked on together was very effective. I am still able to access the pain relief and feeling of wellbeing that I achieved during that session and found Jane to be very professional and clear in her working practice. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in the position of needing help with pain management

Fantastic

I saw Jane for some coaching to work through some issues that I had with my mum. After the first session I already felt much more positive about tackling what had been a life long problem and am now able to enjoy communicating with my mum both over the phone and face to face

Stopped Smoking July 2007

I had been a smoker for a good 7-8 years and had been trying on and off to stop for 5 years of those unsuccessfully, lasting 2 months maximum at a time before I would start again. Never sub consicously thought why I smoked. With my session with Jane we got to the bottom of my smoking and addressed those problems. It is now March 2008 and I still have not smoked and have no real urge to. The seesion was excellent in a comfortable room, all my issues were address and felt at ease throughout the process and would highly recommend Jane.
