Foul and Abusive
I used these couriers to send a parcel locally. The parcel was well wrapped and clearly marked as fragile. Upon the recipient taking delivery of the parcel, it was clear before even unwrapping it that it had been damaged in transit.I phoned the company to complain, and a man called Andrew, who I think may be the owner was incredibly rude and threatening to me, accusing me of trying to scam them and that the contents of the parcel were broken before I even wrapped them up. The customer service of this company is appalling, no one deserves to be spoken to in the way that I was.Please, please do yourselves a favour and use someone else.
